Access and Manage Documents in User's Profile

Before you begin
- Ensure you have Admin permissions to view and manage Documents in the User's Profile.
- Admins must have the necessary permissions to access the Documents Tab and add documents.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid Admin account.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of your dashboard.
- Select Core from the menu.
- Under the People section, click on My People.
- Click on a user's name, and from there, you can go to the Team/People Profile section.
In the User's Profile, you will see a Documents tab.
Step 2. Access and Manage Documents
Documents Tab Visibility:
- Admins can access the Documents Tab if they have the correct permissions. If they do not have the necessary permissions, they will be unable to see the Documents Tab.
Folder Visibility:
- In the Documents Tab, Admins can see the folders assigned to them under Settings > Documents > User Documents.
- Only the folders that are assigned to the Admin will be visible.
Adding Documents:
- Admins can add documents to the Documents Tab.
- Admins cannot edit or delete documents once they have been added.
