Before you begin

  • You need to have an Admin role with the necessary permissions to access and edit Reminders in the Settings section.
  • Ensure that your account has the appropriate permissions to manage TrustLine and Reminders.

Step 1. Access Reminders in Settings

  1. Log in to your Plumm account with your genuine credentials.
  2. Go to the Admin tab on the dashboard.
  3. Under the Admin tab, click on Settings.
  4. In the Settings section, you will see two options: Categories and Reminders.
  5. Select Reminders to access the reminder settings.

Step 2. Edit Reminder to Reply

  1. In the Reminders section, you will see an option called Reminder to Reply.
  2. Click on Edit next to Reminder to Reply.
  3. You can then select the number of days to remind the representative to reply to the anonymous sender if they have not yet done so.
  4. This reminder applies only to open cases.
  5. After updating the days, click Confirm to save your changes.

Step 3. Edit Reminder to Archive

  1. In the Reminders section, you will also see an option called Reminder to Archive.
  2. Click on Edit next to Reminder to Archive.
  3. Select the number of days to remind the representative to archive a closed case.
  4. This reminder applies only to closed cases.
  5. After updating the days, click Confirm to save your changes.

1.Who can access and edit Reminders?

Only Admin users with the necessary permissions can access and edit the Reminders section. If you do not have the required permissions, you will not see the Reminders option in the Admin tab.
 

2. What is the purpose of the Reminder to Reply feature?

The Reminder to Reply feature reminds representatives to respond to anonymous senders if they have not done so within the specified number of days. This reminder applies to open cases.

 The Reminder to Archive feature reminds representatives to archive closed cases after a certain number of days. This reminder applies to closed cases.
 

 

4.Can I set different reminders for replying and archiving?

Yes, you can set different days for each reminder. You can specify how many days the system should wait before sending a reminder for replying and archiving separately.
