Before you begin
- You need to have an Admin role with the necessary permissions to access and edit Reminders in the Settings section.
- Ensure that your account has the appropriate permissions to manage TrustLine and Reminders.
Step 1. Access Reminders in Settings
- Log in to your Plumm account using valid Admin credentials.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- Select TrustLine from the menu. You will be redirected to the TrustLine - Settings page.
- Under Settings, click Reminders to access the reminder management options.
Step 2. Edit Reminder to Reply
- In the Reminders section, you will see an option called Reminder to Reply.
- Click on Edit next to Reminder to Reply.
- You can then select the number of days to remind the representative to reply to the anonymous sender if they have not yet done so.
- This reminder applies only to open cases.
- After updating the days, click Confirm to save your changes.
Step 3. Edit Reminder to Archive
- In the Reminders section, you will also see an option called Reminder to Archive.
- Click on Edit next to Reminder to Archive.
- Select the number of days to remind the representative to archive a closed case.
- This reminder applies only to closed cases.
- After updating the days, click Confirm to save your changes.
