Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to view and manage Team/People Profile.
  • Managers can only see the profiles of users who report to them. They cannot see profiles of other users in the organization.
  • Managers can view, add, edit, and delete details in the Team/People Profile.


Step 1: Log in and navigate to Team/People Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
  2. Navigate to the User's Profile or Team Profile section.
  3. In the Team Profile, you will see the following 7 main tabs:
    • Personal
    • Work
    • Money
    • Time Off
    • Tasks
    • Goals




Step 2: Manage Team/People Profile

  1. Managers can see the profiles of the users who report to them.
  2. If you are a Manager, you will have access to edit, add, and delete information in the 7 tabs of the profile.
  3. Managers will not see the three dots in the top right corner of the profile page. These dots, which contain options such as:
    • Export
    • Permission
    • Offboard User
    • Download P60
    • Comment
    • are visible to Admins only.
  4. If you are a Manager, you can add, edit, and delete information in the Personal, Work, Money, Time Off, Tasks, and Goals tabs.

Step 3. Conducting Interviews

  1. Once your Gmail or Outlook account is integrated, you can enable either Meet (for Gmail) or Teams (for Outlook).
  2. This will allow you to schedule and conduct interviews seamlessly from within Plumm, making the interview process more efficient.

1. Who can access and manage Team/People Profile?

Managers can view and manage the profiles of users who report to them. Managers can add, edit, and
delete details in the profile, but they cannot access the options available to Admins.
 

2. What options are available for Admins that Managers cannot see?

Admins can see additional options by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the Team Profile.
These options include:

  • Permission
  • Offboard User

3.Can a Manager see the profiles of users who do not report to them?

 No, Managers can only see the profiles of users who report directly to them.
