Before you begin
- You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the Activity Updates module.
- Access may depend on your role (employee, manager, or admin).
- Ensure the activity or task you want to update is assigned to you or your team.
Step 1. Access Activity Updates
- Go to Dashboard > Activity Updates from the main menu.
- View all ongoing activities, including tasks, 1:1s, or submitted requests.
Step 2. Add or update an activity
- Click Update Activity next to the relevant task or 1:1.
- Enter your progress or notes on the action taken.
- Optionally, attach supporting files or links.
- Click Save to log your update.
Step 3. Track activity progress
- Review updates in the activity feed to see the latest status.
- Use filters to view activities by type, participant, or date.
- Notifications are sent automatically to relevant participants or managers.
