 Plumm’s Activity Update feature allows employees and managers to log updates, track progress, and ensure visibility on tasks, 1:1 meetings, or other ongoing activities. It provides a clear record of actions and status changes.

Before you begin

  • You must be a registered Plumm employee with access to the Activity Updates module.
  • Access may depend on your role (employee, manager, or admin).
  • Ensure the activity or task you want to update is assigned to you or your team.

Step 1. Access Activity Updates

  1. Go to Dashboard > Activity Updates from the main menu.
  2. View all ongoing activities, including tasks, 1:1s, or submitted requests.

Step 2.  Add or update an activity

  1. Click Update Activity next to the relevant task or 1:1.
  2. Enter your progress or notes on the action taken.
  3. Optionally, attach supporting files or links.
  4. Click Save to log your update.

Step 3. Track activity progress

  1. Review updates in the activity feed to see the latest status.
  2. Use filters to view activities by type, participant, or date.
  3. Notifications are sent automatically to relevant participants or managers.
