Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to add Documents in My Profile.
  • Admins with the correct permissions can add documents, while Managers, Users, and Custom Roles can add documents if they have the necessary permissions.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to My Profile

  • Log in to Plumm using a valid user account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
  • Go to My Profile.
  • In My Profile, locate the Documents section.

Step 2. Add Document

  1. In the Documents section, you will see folders that are listed from Settings > Documents > User Documents.
  2. Admins can add documents to any folder visible in this section.
  3. Click on Add Document to open the upload dialog.
  4. You will see two options for uploading:
    • Drop files here
    • Browse
  5. By clicking Browse, you can upload files. Plumm allows you to upload the following types of files:
    • PDF
    • Word documents
    • Excel files
    • Image files (JPEG, PNG, etc.)
  6. File Size Limitations:
    • Each file can be up to 5MB in size.
  7. Upload Limitations:
    • Admins can upload a maximum of 10 files at a time.
    • If you select fewer than 10 files, you can add more by clicking the Add More button.
    • If you want to remove all documents added, you can click on the Cancel button, which will remove all selected documents and allow you to upload again.
  8. If you try to upload more than 10 files, you will receive a warning message stating that only 10 files can be uploaded at a time.
  9. Once you’ve added documents within the allowed limit, you will see the Upload option to confirm the upload.
  10. After successfully uploading the documents, they will be displayed in the corresponding folder in My Profile. You will also see the following details for each uploaded file:
  • Uploaded Date
  • Uploaded By

If you want to remove all documents you’ve added, you can click on the Cancel button. This will remove all selected documents, and you can attempt the upload again.
