Before you begin
To use this feature:
- Admins must configure integration from Admin > Integration
- Supported integrations:
- Google Calendar (for Meet links)
- Microsoft Outlook (for Teams links)
Only users with integration enabled and toggled ON will be able to generate meeting links in 1-on-1 schedules.
Step 1. Enable Google or Outlook integration
- Go to Admin > Integration
- Connect either Google or Outlook account
- After integration, enable the toggle:
- For Google: Turn on Meet
- For Outlook: Turn on Teams
- Once enabled, meeting link options will be available for 1-on-1 schedules
Step 2. Add a meeting link when scheduling
- Go to People > 1-on-1 Schedules
- Click Schedule 1-on-1 or edit an existing schedule
- Under Add Meeting Link, select either:
- Google Meet (if Google integration is on)
- Microsoft Teams (if Outlook integration is on)
- The system will generate a meeting link and add it to the calendar invite
If no integration is active, both options will appear disabled with a ‘Not configured’ label
