Add Offboarding Details in a User's Profile

Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to Offboard a user.
  • Only Admins with the correct permissions can Offboard a user.

Step 1:Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid Admin account.
  2. Navigate to the User's Profile section .
  3. In the User's Profile section, click on the three dots in the top right corner.


Step 2:Add Offboarding Details

  1. Admin users with the correct permissions can Offboard a user. If you have the required permissions, the option to Offboard User will be visible.
  2. Fill in the required Offboarding details, such as:
    • Notice Received
    • Notice Period
    • Notice Period Type
    • Notice Start Date
    • Last Working Date
    • Revoke Access Date
  3. Click on Next to proceed to the Reason page. Select the Offboarding Reason from the available options.
  4. On the Feedback page, you will be asked: Would you like to schedule an exit interview?
    • If Yes, turn on the toggle button and fill in the requested details.
    • If No, you can turn off the toggle button.
  5. Click on Next, and you will be directed to the Knowledge Transfer page. Here, you will have two options:
    • Bulk Reassignment
    • Assign Items Individually
    • Select one of the two options and fill in the required information. Click on Next to proceed.
  6. The next page will be the Devices/Assets page. If you have added any Assets in the Assets section, they will be displayed here. You can either fill in the requested information or skip this page as it is optional.
  7. Click on Next to proceed to the Task Scheduling page. Here, tasks will be Automatically Triggered. Click Next again.
  8. The next page will be the Summary page, where you can see a summary of the added information from each section.
  9. After reviewing all the information, click Save to confirm the Offboarding details.

Additional Options

Admins can Offboard more than one user if they have the required permissions.

Admins with the correct permissions can Offboard users.
 

2 .  What if I can't see the option to Offboard a user?

If you don’t have Admin permissions, you will only see the information in View mode. You will need to contact an Admin for permission to Offboard the user.

3.  What information is required when adding Offboarding details?

The mandatory fields include:
  • Notice Received
  • Notice Period
  • Notice Period Type
  • Notice Start Date
  • Last Working Date
  • Revoke Access Date
  • Offboarding Reason
  • Exit Interview Feedback (if applicable)
  • Knowledge Transfer Details
  • Asset Information (optional)


3.  Can I Offboard more than one user?

 Yes, Admins can Offboard multiple users if they have the required permissions.
