Weekly Schedule

A Weekly Schedule means that the working hours are the same for every week. Employees will have fixed working hours for each day of the week (Monday through Sunday) and these hours will not change week-to-week.
For example:
  • Monday: 8 hours
  • Tuesday: 8 hours
  • Wednesday: 8 hours
  • Thursday: 8 hours
  • Friday: 8 hours
  • Saturday: 0 hours (Day off)
  • Sunday: 0 hours (Day off)
This schedule is ideal for employees who work the same hours consistently every week.
You can also edit the working hours for each day based on specific requirements, allowing for flexibility within the weekly schedule.

Bi-Weekly Schedule

A Bi-Weekly Schedule divides the working hours into two separate weeks (Week 1 and Week 2). The employee's working hours may differ between the two weeks, offering more flexibility.
For example:
Week 1:
  • Monday: 8 hours
  • Tuesday: 8 hours
  • Wednesday: 8 hours
  • Thursday: 8 hours
  • Friday: 8 hours
  • Saturday: 0 hours
  • Sunday: 0 hours
Week 2:
  • Monday: 8 hours
  • Tuesday: 8 hours
  • Wednesday: 8 hours
  • Thursday: 8 hours
  • Friday: 8 hours
  • Saturday: 0 hours
  • Sunday: 0 hours
This schedule is ideal for roles that need a flexible work structure with different hours across two weeks.
You can also edit the working hours for each day based on specific requirements, allowing for flexibility within the bi weekly schedule.
