Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to add a Contract.
  • Only admins with the correct permissions can add a Contract.

Step 1.Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
  2. Navigate to the User's Profile section.
  3. In the Job Information section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.

Step 2.Add Contract

  1. Admin users with the correct permissions can add a Contract. If you have the required permissions, the option to Add Contract will be visible.
  2. Click on Add Contract to update the profile.
  3. Fill in the requested information in the Contract section, such as:
    • Effective Date
    • Employment Contract
    • Employment Type
    • Salary Pay Type
  4. The mandatory fields for adding a Contract include:
    • Effective Date
    • Employment Contract
    • Employment Type
    • Working Schedule
    • Salary Pay Type
  5. After adding all the required fields, click Save to confirm the contract details in the Contracts section.

Special Considerations for Dates

  • If you select a future date for the Effective Date, the contract will be active starting from that date.
  • If you select a past date, the contract Effective Date will be latest.

Additional Options

  1. You can add more than one Contract. Simply click Add Contract and enter the relevant details for each contract.
  2. If you no longer need a contract, you can delete it by clicking the Delete button next to the contract.
