Before you begin

  • You must be logged in with admin permissions to access the Content Section of the Insight Page.
  • Ensure you have a general understanding of your company's content, courses, and resource data to interpret the insights correctly.

Step 1: Navigate to the "Content" Section

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Go to the Insight Page from the dashboard.
  3. From the listed categories, click on the "Content" tab to access content engagement insights.
  4. On the top-right of the Content section, there is a three-dot icon (︙).
    • Click on it and select the "View" option to open the Content Overview page with detailed insights.

Step 2: Use Filters for Time-Based Data

  1. At the top of the Content Overview page, you will find several time-based filters:
    • Last Month
    • Last 3 Months
    • Last 6 Months
    • Last 9 Months
    • Last 12 Months
    • Custom Range: Select a custom date range for more specific data analysis.
  2. Choose the appropriate time filter to refine the content engagement insights for the desired period.

Step 3: Download Reports

  1. On the top-right corner of the Content Overview page, there is a "Download" button.
  2. Click the Download button to export the content insights report in PDF format. This feature is useful for sharing, offline analysis, or reporting.

Step 4: View Content Engagement Insights

The Content Section provides several widgets for analyzing content engagement across various categories:

  1. Top 5 Articles:
    • Displays the five most-read articles by users. These articles may include blogs, updates, policy explainers, or other internal content.
    • This section helps track what types of content employees engage with the most.
  2. Top 10 Courses:
    • Shows the top 10 most popular courses by view count or completion.
    • This section helps identify trending topics or courses that are most beneficial to users.
  3. Watched Courses By Categories:
    • Breaks down the courses watched based on predefined categories such as:
      • Compliance
      • Soft Skills
      • Technical Skills
      • Leadership
    • This gives insights into the areas where employees are most focused or interested in learning.
  4. Resources Read:
    • Provides a total count or list of resources accessed by users, including articles, guides, blogs, and PDFs.
    • This section gives an overall engagement figure across all types of content.
  5. Resources Read Chart:
    • A visual chart (likely a pie or bar chart) showing how users are interacting with different types of resources such as:
      • Blogs
      • Ebooks
      • Toolkits
      • Informational Guides
    • This helps evaluate which types of content formats employees prefer.
  6. Watched Courses By Categories Chart:
    • A graphical view (bar, pie, or line chart) of course consumption categorized by topics.
    • This is the visual counterpart to Watched Courses By Categories, offering quick insights into learning engagement based on course topics.

you can download the full content insights report by clicking the Download button at the top-right corner of the Content Overview page. The report will be in PDF format.
