Admin – Insight Page (Overview Section)

The Overview section of the Insight Page provides admins with essential data about user registrations, growth trends, and overall mood within the company. Admins can filter the data by time range and download reports for further analysis.

Before you begin

  • You must be logged in with admin permissions to access the Insight Page and the Overview Section.
  • Ensure you are familiar with the data and time range options available in the filters.

Step 1: Navigate to the Overview Section

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Go to the Insight Page from the dashboard.
  3. In the Overview section, you will see a summary of key metrics related to users and their activities.
  4. On the right-hand side of the Overview section, there is a three-dot icon.
    • Click on it and select the “View” option to open the full Overview page with detailed insights.

Step 2: Use Filters in the Overview Section

  1. At the top of the Overview page, you’ll see a filter dropdown. This allows you to filter the data based on various time ranges.
  2. The available time range options are:
    • Last Month
    • Last 3 Months
    • Last 6 Months
    • Last 9 Months
    • Last 12 Months
    • Custom Range: Allows you to specify a custom date range.
  3. Select the appropriate time range to update the data displayed in the Overview section.

Step 3: Download Report from the Overview Section

  1. On the top-right of the Overview page, there is a “Download” button.
  2. Click on this button to download the current Overview data in PDF format. This will generate a report with the selected filters and data, allowing you to share or print the insights.

Step 4: View Displayed Sections in Overview

The Overview section contains the following key metrics:

  1. Total Users:
    • Displays the total number of users, including family members, who are registered in the system.
  2. Registered Users:
    • Shows the number of users who have completed the registration process.
  3. User Growth Graph:
    • Visualizes the monthly growth of users over time, making it easy to see trends in user registration and engagement.
  4. User Breakdown by Department:
    • Presents the distribution of users by department on a monthly basis, helping admins understand where users are coming from within the organization.
  5. Average Company Mood:
    • Reflects the overall average mood of users within the organization, typically based on survey or feedback data. This metric is updated monthly.
  6. Locations:
    • Indicates the geographical distribution of users based on their current locations, helping admins track user spread and regional demographics.

1. What is the "Average Company Mood"?

 The Average Company Mood represents the collective mood of users in the organization, usually based on survey responses or other feedback metrics. It’s updated monthly to provide insights into employee satisfaction.

2 . Can I filter the data to see the past 6 months' worth of insights?

Yes, you can filter the data using the Last 6 Months option from the dropdown filter at the top of the Overview page.


 

3.Can I download the report as a CSV file?

Currently, the report can only be downloaded in PDF format using the Download button at the top-right of the page.
 

 

4.How is the "User Growth Graph" calculated?

The User Growth Graph tracks the increase in the number of registered users month over month. It visualizes the rate at which new users are being added.
 

 

5.What is the "Custom Range" filter for?

 The Custom Range filter allows you to select any specific date range to view the data for that period, providing more flexibility when reviewing past trends.
 

This Overview Section offers a snapshot of important metrics, helping admins track key performance indicators related to users and organizational engagement. The filters and download options make it easier to customize and share insights across different time frames.
