Plumm’s Task Scheduling tool lets Admin & Super Admin to create and assign scheduled tasks like emails, 1-on-1s, or general tasks to employees. The flow is step-based, ensuring clear task delivery based on time, events, or immediate triggers.

Before you begin
You must have one of the following roles to create task schedules:
- Super Admin
- Admin
You must also have:
- Access to the Task Scheduling module (Admin)
Step 1.Open the Scheduling
- Go to Admin> Scheduling
- Click Add Schedule in the top right corner
Step 2. Enter task details
- Under the Details step, enter a Title and Description
- Choose who to assign the task to:
- All Employees
- Select By Condition
- Select By Name
- Review the Task Owner (automatically assigned to the schedule creator)
- Click Next
Step 3. Set schedule conditions
- Confirm the Time Zone
- Choose a Schedule Type:
- By Specific Event(s) – e.g., based on Start Date or Leaving Date
- By Date & Time – fixed calendar time
- Send Now – send immediately upon confirmation
- If using By Specific Event, select an Anchor Event (like Start Date)
- If you choose a specific Date and Time and Send Now as the schedule, then due to potential scheduling conflicts, One-on-One tasks cannot be added concurrently.
- For Send Now option once the task is sent, it cannot be edited as it will already be delivered to the assigned users.
- Click Next
Step 4. Add and confirm tasks
- Click New Task and choose a type:
- General Task
- 1-on-1
- If you choose a specific Date and Time and Send Now as the schedule, then One-on-One tasks option will not be available.
- Add task details for each selected type
- Repeat for multiple tasks if needed
- When ready, click:
- Save As Draft to come back later
- Confirm to activate the schedule

Yes. You can add multiple tasks before confirming a schedule.
4. Is there a way to send the task immediately?
Yes. Choose Send Now in the Scheduling step to trigger tasks as soon as the schedule is confirmed.
5. Can I preview or test the schedule before it goes live?
You can use Save As Draft to review or edit before publishing.
