Before you begin
- You must be logged in with admin permissions to configure the timesheet time period.
- Ensure you are familiar with the timesheet policies and periods for your organization before making any adjustments.
Step 1: Access the "Timesheet Time Period" Sidebar
- Log in to your Plumm account.
- Go to the Timesheet page from the dashboard.
- Under the "Manage" tab, find the list of existing timesheet policies.
- Locate the policy for which you want to configure the time period.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the desired policy.
- Select "Time Period" from the dropdown. This will open the Timesheet Time Period sidebar.
Step 2: View Timesheet Time Period Data
- Select Year:
- In the sidebar, you'll see a "Select Year" dropdown.
- Choose the year you want to view (e.g., 2024 or 2025).
- Grid View:
- Once a year is selected, the system will automatically fetch and display the relevant time period data for that year in a grid view.
- The grid will include the following columns:
- Period Name: The name of the period (e.g., Jan 2024, Feb 2024).
- Timesheet Period: The start and end dates for the period (e.g., 1 Jan – 31 Jan).
- No. of Timesheets Submitted: The total number of timesheets submitted during that period.

No, this feature allows you to view the timesheet periods and their submission details, but it does not allow modifications. You can configure new periods using other admin functionalities.
4. How is the "No. of Timesheets Submitted" calculated?
The "No. of Timesheets Submitted" column reflects the total count of submitted timesheets for the selected period.This feature enables admins to efficiently review timesheet periods and track the number of timesheets submitted for each period, ensuring better monitoring and management of timesheet data across the organization.
