Step 1. Access the Approval Rules section

  1. Navigate to the "Admin" section from your main dashboard.
  2. Select "Approval" to view the approval rules list.

Step 2. Add an approval rule

  1. Click the "Add Rule" button to create a new approval rule.
  2. Enter a name for the rule.
  3. Provide a description to explain the purpose of the rule.
  4. Select the rule type (e.g., Select, Manager, Manager's Manager, Admin).
  5. Click "Add Step" to define the approval process.
  6. Choose the appropriate approval level (Select, Manager, Manager's Manager, Admin).
  7. Click "Confirm" to save the new approval rule.

Step 3. Edit an approval rule

  1. In the "Approval" section, locate the rule you want to edit.
  2. Click on the rule to open its details.
  3. Modify the name, description, or approval steps as needed.
  4. Click "Save" or "Confirm" to apply your changes.

  1. Go to the "Approval" section and locate the rule you want to delete.
  2. Click on the rule to open its details.
  3. Click the "Delete" button.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted to remove the rule.
