Before you begin

  • Only users with the necessary permissions to edit or add job positions can enable Auto-Reject conditions.
  • Ensure you have the appropriate permissions to edit or create job positions. If you're unsure about your access level, please contact your system administrator or HR team.

Step 1. Enable Auto-Reject Conditions

  1. Navigate to the Add New Position or Edit Position page.
  2. Under the Auto-Reject section, toggle the Add Auto-Reject Conditions option to ON.

Step 2. Set Auto-Reject Conditions

  1. Choose between Create New or Use Existing conditions.
  2. If you select Create New, proceed to define the conditions:
    • Match: Select if the candidate must meet any or all of the specified conditions.
    • Condition Type: Choose from Candidate Fields or Custom Question.
    • Select the field or question and set the required criteria (e.g., Years of Experience, Skills, Location).
  3. Click Save to save the conditions.

Step 3. Notify the Candidate

  1. Check the box to Notify Candidate if you want to send an automated rejection email.
  2. Set the Notify Candidate in field to specify the time frame (e.g., 12 hours).
  3. Optionally, you can select an email template and customise the Subject and body of the rejection notification.
