Before you begin

 To access the Mood Tracker, you must have a registered Plumm account and an active subscription. Make sure you're logged in before attempting to navigate to the Mood Tracker feature.

 1How to Access the Mood Tracker

1.Login to Your Plumm Account

  •  To access the Mood Tracker, sign in using your Plumm credentials. If you don’t have an account, you can easily sign up using your email or a social media account (Facebook, Google, etc.).

2.Navigate to the 9-dot Menu

  •  After logging in, click on the 9-dot menu icon located in the upper-left corner of the screen. This menu provides access to different sections within Plumm.

3. Select the "Well-being" Section

  •  From the 9-dot menu, select the Well-being section, which has various tools and resources aimed at improving mental health and emotional well-being.

4.Locate and Click on "Mood Tracker"

  •  Within the Well-being section, click on Mood Tracker to open the mood tracking interface, from the navigation panel.

2. Using the Mood Tracker

  1. Log Your Mood How Are You Feeling Today?
    • At the top of the page, you'll be asked to select how you're feeling today using a set of emoji options ranging from happy 😊 to sad 😞. This quick selection lets you visually represent your mood.
  2. Rate Your Mood
    • After selecting an emoji, you can further rate your mood on a scale (e.g., 1–10 or 0–5) for a more granular representation of your emotional state.
  3. Add Notes (Optional)

    • You can add any relevant notes that describe your emotional state or events that may have influenced your mood (e.g., stressful day at work, feeling happy after a good conversation).
  5. Triggers
    • Optionally, you can list any triggers that may have contributed to your emotional state (e.g., a positive meeting, a stressful situation, health-related issues).
  6. Save Your Mood Entry
    • Once you’ve selected your mood and added any notes or triggers, click Save to record your mood for the day.

Date Range: Use the filtering tool to view mood logs within specific date ranges. You can filter by:
  • Week (W) – View mood entries from the past week.
  • Month (M) – See the mood entries from the past month.
  • 6 Months (6M) – View data from the last six months.
  • 1 Year (1Y) – See mood trends for the past year.
  • All – View all recorded moods from the beginning.

Plumm provides visual charts and graphs that allow you to analyze your mood patterns over time. These insights help you understand emotional trends, such as:
  • High or low mood fluctuations.
  • Periods of consistent emotional states.
