Before you begin

  • You must be an employee with access to the Time Off module.
  • Only time-off requests with Pending or Approved status can be cancelled by the user.
  • Requests with a Cancel status cannot be cancelled.

Step 1.Navigate to "My Time Off"

  1. Log in to your Plumm account.
  2. Go to the "Time" section in your dashboard.
  3. Click on "My Time Off" to view your time-off requests.

Step 2.Cancel your leave request

  1. In the "My Time Off" section, locate the leave request you wish to cancel.
  2. In the top-right corner of the leave entry, click on the three-dot menu (⋮).
  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Cancel".
  4. Confirm the cancellation if prompted.

1.Can I cancel a leave request after it has been approved?

Yes, you can cancel a leave request that is marked as Pending or Approved. However, once the request is Declined, it cannot be cancelled by the user.

Once you cancel a leave request, the time-off will be removed from your leave balances, and the request status will be updated accordingly.

3.Can I cancel any type of leave?

Yes, you can cancel any leave type (e.g., vacation, sick leave) as long as the status is Pending or Approved.
 

 

4.What should I do if I can't find the option to cancel my leave?

 If you cannot find the option to cancel your leave, check if the request has been Declined or if it’s past the cancellation period based on your company’s policies. If you’re still having trouble, contact your manager or HR for assistance.
