Customising Screening and Interview Scorecards

Summary

The Screening and Interview Scorecards allow you to evaluate candidates during the recruitment process. In Plumm, you can create, edit, and manage these scorecards to assess candidates' qualifications effectively. You can also set your own skill parameters for both the screening and interview stages. Additionally, there are limits on the number of skills you can add up to 5 for the screening scorecard and up to 10 for the interview scorecard.

Before you begin

  • You must have access to the Scorecard tab in the Hire module.
  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to create or manage scorecards.

Step 1. Creating a Screening and Interview Scorecard

  1. Go to the Scorecard tab in the Hire module.
  2. Click on Create Scorecard.
  3. Define the evaluation criteria and scoring options for the scorecard.
  4. Set your own skill parameters for both the screening and interview stages.
    • For the screening scorecard, you can add a maximum of 5 skills.
    • For the interview scorecard, you can add a maximum of 10 skills.
  5. Save the scorecard by clicking Create.
  6. Assign the scorecard to relevant interview panels.

Step 2. Editing and Deleting Scorecards

  1. In the Scorecard tab, find the scorecard you wish to edit or delete.
  2. Click on the scorecard to view its details.
  3. To edit, modify the criteria or scoring options, including the skills, and save the changes.
  4. To delete, click Delete and confirm the action.

Step 3. Selecting a Screening Scorecard during Candidate Screening

  1. When scheduling the screening for a candidate, you will be prompted to select a screening scorecard.
  2. Choose the appropriate screening scorecard from the list of available scorecards.
  3. The selected screening scorecard will be used to evaluate the candidate during the screening process.

When scheduling the screening for a candidate, you will be prompted to select a screening scorecard. Choose the relevant scorecard, and it will be used to evaluate the candidate during the screening process.

Yes, you can define the skill parameters when creating the scorecards:
