Step 1. Use the date filters

  1. Navigate to the Mood Journal or Mood History section in your Plumm account.
  2. Locate the date filter options, usually found at the top of the mood entries list.
  3. Select the time range you wish to view:
    • Specific Dates (select a custom range)
    • Week
    • Month
    • 6 Months
    • 1 Year
  4. The displayed mood entries will adjust to show data only within the selected time frame.
