Delete an eSign Template

Before you begin
- To delete an eSign template, you must have the Admin role with access to the eSign module.
- Only templates with a Ready status can be deleted.
Step 1. Access the eSign Template
- Navigate to the Admin section in the left-hand menu of Plumm.
- Select eSign from the options listed.
- Under the Templates tab, locate the template you wish to delete.
Step 2. Delete the Template
- Click the Action button (represented by three dots) next to the template you want to delete.
- From the dropdown menu, select the Delete option.
- A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to delete the template. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes.
- The template will be permanently deleted from the system.

1. Can I undo the deletion of a template?
No, once a template is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
2 . Will deleting a template affect signed documents?
No, deleting a template will not affect any documents that have already been signed using that template.
