Delete an eSign Template

Before you begin

  • To delete an eSign template, you must have the Admin role with access to the eSign module.
  • Only templates with a Ready status can be deleted.

Step 1. Access the eSign Template

  1. Navigate to the Admin section in the left-hand menu of Plumm.
  2. Select eSign from the options listed.
  3. Under the Templates tab, locate the template you wish to delete.

Step 2. Delete the Template

  1. Click the Action button (represented by three dots) next to the template you want to delete.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select the Delete option.
  3. A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to delete the template. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes.
  4. The template will be permanently deleted from the system.

1. Can I undo the deletion of a template?

No, once a template is deleted, it cannot be recovered.


2 . Will deleting a template affect signed documents?

No, deleting a template will not affect any documents that have already been signed using that template.
