Before you begin

  • You must have Admin permissions to delete approval rules.
  • Ensure that the rule you are deleting is no longer required for active workflows.

Step 1.Access the Approval Rules section

  1. Navigate to the "Admin" section from your main dashboard.
  2. Select "Approval" to view the list of approval rules.

Step 2. Delete the approval rule

  1. Locate the approval rule you want to delete from the list.
  2. Click on the rule to open its details.
  3. Click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page.
  4. A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm that you want to delete the rule.
  5. The approval rule will be removed from the system.
