Before you begin

  •  You must have administrative access to the Attendance section to delete attendance policies.
  • Ensure the policy you are deleting is no longer in use, as this action is permanent.

Step 1. Delete an attendance policy

  1. Navigate to Admin > Attendance and select the Manage tab.
  2. Locate the attendance policy you want to delete.
  3. Click on the three dots (ellipsis) next to the policy and select Delete.
  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking if you are sure you want to delete the attendance policy.
    • If you decide to cancel the deletion, click Cancel.
    • If you want to proceed with the deletion, click Confirm.
  5. Once confirmed, the attendance policy will be permanently deleted.
  6. Once the policy is deleted, the associated user will not be linked to any policy.

1. What happens if I click Cancel during the confirmation step?

If you click Cancel, the policy will not be deleted, and no changes will occur.
 

2 .Can I undo a deletion once the policy is deleted?

No, once the policy is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Ensure you are confident before clicking Confirm.

3.Can I delete multiple attendance policies at once?

Currently, you can only delete one attendance policy at a time. You will need to repeat the process for each policy you wish to delete.
 

 

4.What happens if the policy I want to delete is still assigned to employees?

The policy will no longer be valid once deleted, and employees will no longer be bound by it. Make sure to reassign a new policy if necessary.
