Before you begin

To delet candidates, you must have permission to access the Candidate Pool in the Hire module. This action is available to the Admin by default. If you do not have the necessary permissions, please contact your system administrator for assistance.

Step 1. Locate the candidate to delete

  1. Go to Hire > Candidate Pool
  2. Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the candidate you wish to delete
  3. Click on their row to open their profile (optional, if you'd like to review their details first)
  4. If the candidate has applied for multiple jobs, select the relevant job from the profile view

Step 2.Initiate the deletion process

  1. Locate the candidate’s row in the table
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the far right
  3. Select Delete from the dropdown options
  4. A confirmation window will appear to verify your intent

Step 3. Confirm the deletion

  1. In the confirmation pop-up, click Delete to proceed
  2. The candidate’s profile and all associated data will be permanently removed from the system.

Important: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, the candidate cannot be restored.

1.Can I recover a deleted candidate?

 No. Once a candidate is deleted, their profile and all associated data are permanently removed. Be sure before confirming the action.
 

2 . Can I delete a candidate who has been hired?

Yes. Candidates can be deleted regardless of hiring status. However, it’s advisable to confirm with HR or the hiring team before removing a hired candidate.

3. Why don’t I see the ‘Delete’ option?

You may not have the necessary permissions. Please check your role access within the Hire module or contact your system administrator.
 

 

4. Can I delete multiple candidates at once?

 No. Currently, deletion must be done one candidate at a time.
