Delete or Replace the Dashboard Banner

Summary

 Super Admins and authorised Admins can delete or replace the dashboard banner from the Branding settings. This action instantly removes the current banner from all user dashboards or allows a new one to be uploaded.

Before you begin

You must be a Super Admin or an Admin with permission to access: Admin → Settings → General Settings → Branding
Ensure the new banner file (if uploading) follows these requirements:
  • Format: JPEG or PNG
  • File size: Less than 1MB
  • Resolution: 1200 x 180 pixels

Step 1. Delete the current banner

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > General Settings > Branding
  2. Locate the banner section
  3. Click Remove or Delete next to the uploaded banner
  4. The banner will be instantly removed from all user dashboards

Step 2. Upload a new banner (optional)

  1. In the same Branding page, click Upload Banner
  2. Select a new image from your device (JPEG or PNG, under 1MB, 1200 x 180 pixels)
  3. Click Upload to apply
  4. The new banner will be visible to all users across the platform

1. Who can delete or change the banner?

Only Super Admins and Admins with access to the Branding settings can delete or upload a new banner.

2 . Where can I manage the banner outside the dashboard?

Go to Admin → Settings → General Settings → Branding to remove or replace the banner.

 

3. What happens when I delete the banner?

It is immediately removed from all user dashboards and replaced with the default background.

4. Can I upload a new banner after deleting the old one?

Yes. You can upload a new banner from the same Branding settings page at any time.

5. Will the change affect all users?

Yes. Banner updates are applied organisation-wide and are visible to every user.

6. What happens if an Admin without permission tries to access Branding settings?

They won’t see the Branding tab. Only authorised users can manage this section.
