Before you begin
Ensure that you have access to the Payroll section and the necessary permissions to delete pay codes. You must have an active Plumm account with the correct access rights for managing payroll data.
Step 1: Access the Payroll Page
- Navigate to the Payroll section in your dashboard.
- You will see a list of locations associated with your organization.
- Click on any location to open its payroll details.
Step 2: Delete a Pay Code
- Once you are in the location's Pay Code section, locate the pay code you want to delete.
- Click the Action button next to the pay code you want to remove.
- A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Click Confirm to permanently delete the pay code.
Important: Once deleted, the pay code cannot be recovered. Ensure that no active payroll processes are using the pay code before deleting it.
