  • The Delete action is available to users with appropriate permissions to manage tasks in Team Task.
  • Deleting a task for a particular user will remove it from both the Team Task page and the My Tasks section for that user.

  1. Navigate to the Team Task page in your platform.
  2. Find the task you want to delete for a specific user.
  3. Click on the Action button (usually represented by three dots or a similar icon) next to the task.
  4. Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear, confirming that you want to delete the task.
  6. Click Yes, Delete to confirm.
    • The task will be permanently removed from both the Team Task page and the user's My Tasks section.

  • When you delete a task for a particular user on the Team Task page, it will also be deleted from the user's My Tasks section.
  • This means that the user will no longer see the task in their personal task list or have it assigned to them.
