Delete User from the System

The Delete option in the Action menu allows you to permanently remove a user from the system. Once deleted, the user’s data is irretrievably erased, and they cannot be restored.

Before you begin

  • Only Admins or users with the necessary permissions can delete users.
  • Deleting a user is a permanent action, and once deleted, the user’s data cannot be recovered.

Step 1. Deleting a user from the system

  1. In the My People section, locate the user you wish to delete.
  2. Click on the Action button (three dots) next to the user’s name.
  3. Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear, warning you that this action is permanent.
  5. Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes, Delete.
  6. The user will be permanently deleted from the system and cannot be restored.

1.What happens when I delete a user?

 When you delete a user, their profile and all related data are permanently removed from the system. This action cannot be undone.
 

2. Can I restore a user once they have been deleted?

 No, once a user is deleted, their data cannot be recovered, and they cannot be brought back into the system.


3.Can I delete a user if I don't have the necessary permissions?

No, only users with the required permissions (typically Admins) can delete users from the system.
 

 

4.Is there a way to back up user data before deleting?

 Yes, before deleting a user, you can download their data from the My People section using the Download button to keep a record of their profile.

5.How do I confirm the user has been deleted?

 After confirming the deletion, the user will no longer appear in the My People section.
