Before you begin
- Only Admins or users with the necessary permissions can delete users.
- Deleting a user is a permanent action, and once deleted, the user’s data cannot be recovered.
Step 1. Deleting a user from the system
- In the My People section, locate the user you wish to delete.
- Click on the Action button (three dots) next to the user’s name.
- Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear, warning you that this action is permanent.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes, Delete.
- The user will be permanently deleted from the system and cannot be restored.
