Before you begin

  • You need an active Plumm account to access the Review section.
  • The "Download" option is available for reviews that are already completed and ready to be saved.
  • Ensure that you have access to the review you wish to download.

Step 1.  Download a Review as a PDF

  1. Navigate to the Review section in Plumm.
  2. Find the specific review you wish to download.
  3. Click on the review to open it.
  4. Look for the Download button, usually located at the top or bottom of the review page.
  5. Click the Download button.
  6. The review will be downloaded in PDF format to your device for offline use.

1. Can I download any review as a PDF?

You can only download reviews that have been completed and are available for download. If you do not see the download option, the review may not be ready yet.

2 . What will the downloaded PDF contain?

 The downloaded PDF will contain the full details of the review, including any feedback, scores, comments, and other relevant information.

 

3. Can I see all reviews in the View Review mode?

In My Review, you can view the reviews assigned to you. In Teams Review, you can only view the reviews you have created for others, depending on your permissions and access.

4. Can I edit the PDF after downloading?

No, once downloaded, the PDF can't be edited.

5 . Can I download multiple reviews at once?

Currently, the platform allows users to download reviews one at a time. You will need to download each review separately.

 

6. How can I open the downloaded PDF?

 You can open the downloaded PDF using any PDF reader application, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your browser's built-in PDF viewer.
