Before you begin
You must be an HR Admin or Benefits Manager to edit benefits in the Plumm platform.
Step 1: Go to the Benefits section
- Log in to Plumm with your admin credentials
- Click Admin in the main navigation
- Select Benefits from the dropdown menu
- Browse or search for the benefit you want to edit
Step 2: Select the benefit to edit
- Click on the name of the benefit to open its details page
- Review the current information to ensure it needs editing
Step 3: Update benefit details
- Make the necessary changes to the benefit’s information, including:
- Name: Update the benefit name if needed
- Category: Change the category (e.g., from "Health" to "Wellness")
- Type: Modify the type (e.g., from "Reimbursement" to "Stipend")
- Location: Adjust the locations or regions if applicable
- Currency: Change the currency or set it to "N/A" if no monetary value is involved
- You can also update any other relevant details as needed (e.g., eligibility, descriptions)
Step 4: Save the changes
- After making the changes, click Save Benefit to apply the updates
- The updated benefit details will now be visible in the Benefits list
