Before you begin

  •  You must have administrative access to the Attendance section to edit policies.
  • Ensure you have the correct policy details to update.

Step 1. Edit an attendance policy

  1. Navigate to Admin > Attendance and select the Manage tab.
  2. Locate the attendance policy you want to edit.
  3. Click on the three dots (ellipsis) next to the policy and select Edit.
  4. In the Edit Attendance Policy form, you can modify the following fields:
    • Title: Change the name of the attendance policy.
    • Description: Update the description of the policy (optional).
    • Effective Date: Set or change the date the policy will come into effect.
    • Enable Web Clock In: Enable or disable the web clock-in option for employees.
    • Enable Mobile Clock In: Enable or disable the mobile clock-in option for employees.
    • Assign To: Choose who the policy applies to:
      • All Employees
      • Select By Condition
      • Select By Name (for selecting specific employees).
  5. Once you've made the necessary changes, click Save to update the policy.
