Before you begin
- Ensure you have the required permissions to edit the Emergency Contact.
- If an admin user has permission, only in this case they can edit the Emergency Contact; otherwise, they can only view the information.
- The Emergency Contact section contains Primary and Secondary Contact details. The fields in Primary Contact are mandatory, while those in Secondary Contact are optional.
Step 1.Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid user account.
- Navigate to the User's Profile section.
- In the Emergency Contact section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
Step 2. Edit Emergency Contact
- Admin users with the correct permissions can edit the Emergency Contact. If you have the required permissions, the option to Edit Emergency Contact will be available.
- If you do not have the necessary permissions, you will only be able to view the information.
- Click on Edit Emergency Contact to update the profile.
- You will see two sections:
- Primary Contact (mandatory fields such as Full Name, Contact No., Email)
- Secondary Contact (optional fields)
- Update the required fields in the Primary Contact section and any desired information in the Secondary Contact section.
- Once you've updated the required fields, click Save to confirm the changes.
