Before you begin

  • Ensure you have the required permissions to edit the Personal Summary in My Profile.
  • Admins and Managers may have the permissions to edit Personal Summary for users they manage, while Users and Custom Roles can only edit their own Personal Summary if they have the necessary permissions.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to My Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid user account (as Admin, Manager, User, or Custom Role).
  2. Go to the My Profile section.
  3. In My Profile, locate the Personal Summary section.

Step 2. Edit Personal Summary

  1. Admins and Managers with the correct permissions can edit the Personal Summary in My Profile.
  2. If you have the necessary permissions, the option to Edit Personal Summary will be available.
  3. Click on Edit Personal Summary to open the section.
  4. Fill in the requested details, such as:
    • LinkedIn
    • Hobbies and Talents
    • Special Needs
    • Other relevant information
  5. There are no mandatory fields in the Personal Summary section. You can choose to save it without filling in any fields if desired.
  6. Once you've made the necessary changes, click Save to confirm your updates.
