Before you begin
- You need to have an Admin role with the necessary permissions to access and edit the Reminder to Reply setting in TrustLine.
- Ensure that your account has permission to view the TrustLine and Reminders options in the Admin tab.
Step 1. Access the Reminders Section
- Log in to your Plumm account with your genuine credentials.
- Go to the Admin tab on the dashboard.
- In the Admin tab, click on Settings.
- In the Settings section, you will see two options: Categories and Reminders.
- Select Reminders to access the reminder settings.
Step 2. Edit Reminder to Reply
- In the Reminders section, find the Reminder to Reply option.
- Click on the three dots at the right-hand side of the Reminder to Reply section.
- You will be able to select the number of days after an anonymous user has sent a message to remind the representative to reply if they haven't done so already.
- This reminder applies to open cases only.
- The system will send an email notification to the representative one day before the selected days, reminding them to respond to the anonymous sender.
- After setting the desired number of days, click Confirm to save the changes.
