Before you begin
- You need to have an Admin role with the necessary permissions to access and edit the Reminder to Reply setting in TrustLine.
- Ensure that your account has permission to view the TrustLine and Reminders options in the Admin tab.
Step 1. Access the Reminders Section
- Log in to Plumm with your valid Admin credentials.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- Select TrustLine from the menu. You will be redirected to the TrustLine - Settings page.
- Under Settings, click Reminders to access the reminder management options.
Step 2. Edit Reminder to Reply
- In the Reminders section, locate Reminder to Reply.
- Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the Reminder to Reply section.
- Select the number of days after which the representative should be reminded to respond to the anonymous sender if they have not already replied.
- This reminder applies only to open cases.
- The system will send an email notification to the representative one day before the selected period, prompting them to reply.
- Click Confirm to save your changes.
