Plumm's Career Site builder allows you to create and customise a public-facing careers page to promote job openings and showcase your company culture. You can edit your site layout, add media, and track analytics.

Before you begin
To use the Career Site feature, you must:
- Have the required permissions to access the Hire module
- Be assigned an Admin or Super Admin role
Step 1. Access the Career Site
- Go to the left-hand menu
- Click Hire > Career Site
- If you have access, your default site will load with the following:
- Live site URL
- Weekly application and visitor stats
- Number of published jobs
Step 2. View analytics and published jobs
- Use the Analytics section to see visitor and application trends
- See the Published Jobs count to ensure roles are visible on your site
- Copy the public career site URL or use the Embed Jobs code to show listings on your own domain
Step 3. Edit the site using Site Builder
- Click the Site Builder button in the top right
- Use drag-and-drop components to customise:
- Text sections
- Photos and Videos
- Company Culture, Benefits, and Mission & Vision
- Employee Testimonials and Social Links
- Click Preview to review changes
- Click Publish to make your updates live
