Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into your Plumm account.
- You must have access to the candidate's profile and the Messages module.
- You must have permission to access messages.
Step 1. Flag an email
- Navigate to the Candidate Overview page and open the Messages tab.
- Find the email you want to flag.
- Hover over the email and click the Flag icon (represented by a flag) next to the message.
- The email will now be marked as flagged, making it easy to find and prioritise later. The flagged email will appear with a small flag icon next to it.
Step 2.Unflag an email
- If you no longer want the email to be flagged, locate the flagged email in the message list.
- Hover over the flagged email.
- Click the Unflag icon (represented by a flag with a line through it) next to the email.
- The flag will be removed, and the email will no longer be marked as flagged.
