Before you begin
- Ensure you have the necessary permissions to integrate Gmail or Outlook with your Plumm account.
- You can only integrate one email provider: either Gmail or Outlook (not both).
- You will need your Gmail or Outlook login credentials.
Step 1. Integrating Gmail or Outlook
- Navigate to the Integrations section in Plumm’s admin panel.
- Scroll down to the Gmail or Outlook integration option.
- Click the Connect button next to the email provider you wish to integrate (either Gmail or Outlook).
- Sign in with your Gmail or Outlook account and grant the necessary permissions to read and send emails.
- Follow the prompts to complete the integration.

- Once integrated, all hire-related communications such as screening, interview invitations, and other messages will be sent through the integrated Gmail or Outlook email account.
