Before you begin
- You must be an HR admin or have relevant permissions to view and manage the Group View.
- Ensure that the system has been configured with accurate employee data (e.g., Gender, Location, etc.).
Step 1. Accessing Group View
- Log in to your Plumm account
- Click the 9-dot navigation icon at the top of your screen
- Select Core from the app list
- From the side navigation, click Group View under the People section
- A table view of employee data will appear
Step 2. Filtering Employee Data
- To filter data, click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the Group View screen.
- Select the fields you wish to filter by (e.g., Gender, Location, Languages Spoken).
- Apply the filter to narrow down the employee list as needed.
- You can add multiple filters to get more specific results.
Step 3. Customizing Group View
- To add or remove columns from the view, click the 'Customize Columns' button.
- Choose the attributes you want to display (e.g., Department, Job Title, etc.).
- Save your customized view for future use by clicking 'Save View' at the top.
