Before you begin
- You must be an HR admin or have relevant permissions to view and manage the Group View.
- Ensure that the system has been configured with accurate employee data (e.g., Gender, Location, etc.).
Step 1. Accessing Group View
- Go to the 'People' section in the Plumm dashboard.
- Select 'Group View' from the available options.
- You will be presented with a table of employee data.
Step 2. Filtering Employee Data
- To filter data, click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the Group View screen.
- Select the fields you wish to filter by (e.g., Gender, Location, Languages Spoken).
- Apply the filter to narrow down the employee list as needed.

- To add or remove columns from the view, click the 'Customize Columns' button.
