Before you begin

  • You must be an HR admin or have relevant permissions to view and manage the Group View.
  • Ensure that the system has been configured with accurate employee data (e.g., Gender, Location, etc.).

Step 1. Accessing Group View

  1. Go to the 'People' section in the Plumm dashboard.
  2. Select 'Group View' from the available options.
  3. You will be presented with a table of employee data.

Step 2. Filtering Employee Data

  1. To filter data, click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the Group View screen.
  2. Select the fields you wish to filter by (e.g., Gender, Location, Languages Spoken).
  3. Apply the filter to narrow down the employee list as needed.
  4. You can add multiple filters to get more specific results.

Step 3. Customizing Group View

  1. To add or remove columns from the view, click the 'Customize Columns' button.
  2. Choose the attributes you want to display (e.g., Department, Job Title, etc.).
  3. Save your customized view for future use by clicking 'Save View' at the top.
