Before you begin
- You must have View Candidate and View Job permissions to access the candidate profile and add notes.
- Tagging people via the notes feature requires the person to be an active user in the system.
Step 1. Access the Candidate Profile
- Go to the Candidate Information page.
- Navigate to the Notes tab where you can add your note.
Step 2. Add a Note
- In the Notes section, you’ll see a text box where you can type your note.
- Write the details or comments you want to add regarding the candidate’s profile.
Step 3. Tag People in the Note
- To tag a person, type @ in the text box.
- A drop-down will appear with a list of users. Select the person you want to tag.
