How to fill interview scorecard
Summary
Panelists can add feedback and scores for interviews based on a selected scorecard. Feedback can only be submitted after the interview ends, and is accessible via email or from the candidate’s profile.

Before you begin
- You must be a designated panelist for the interview
- You can only add feedback after the interview time has passed
- Scorecard must be assigned during interview scheduling
Step 1. Select a scorecard during scheduling
- Go to Hire > Select Jobs > Select Candidate> Interviews
- Click on Schedule Interview on the action button or by dragging the candidate card
- Choose the candidate and interview panel
- Under Scorecard, select the appropriate scorecard
- Click Schedule to confirm
Step 2. Submit feedback from email
- Open the Schedule Interview email sent to you
- Click the Give Feedback link
- Enter your scores for each parameter on the scorecard
- Add overall comments or recommendations (if needed)
- Click Submit
Step 3. Submit feedback from candidate profile
- Go to Hiring > Hire Pipeline or Candidate Pool
- Click the candidate’s name to open their overview in a new tab
- Find the relevant interview under Interviews
- Click Add Feedback
- Fill in the scorecard and comments
- Click Submit

Check your spam folder or access the candidate profile directly from the hiring section to add feedback.
