How to fill interview scorecard

Plumm allows interview panelists to provide structured feedback using scorecards. Feedback is submitted after the interview ends, either from the panelist's email or directly through the candidate profile in the Hire module.

Before you begin
To submit feedback using a scorecard, you must:
- Be a designated panelist for the interview
- Wait until the scheduled interview time has passed
- Ensure a scorecard is assigned during interview scheduling
Step 1. Selecting a Scorecard During Scheduling
- Click on the nine-dot menu (App Switcher) on the left-hand side.
- Select the Hire module.
- Go to Jobs > Select Job > Select Candidate > Interviews.
- Click Schedule Interview using the action button or drag the candidate card to the interview stage.
- Choose the interview panel.
- Under the Scorecard section, select the appropriate scorecard.
- Click Schedule to confirm the interview.
Step 2. Submit feedback from email
- Open the Schedule Interview email sent to you.
- Click the Give Feedback link.
- Complete the scorecard by assigning scores to each parameter.
- (Optional) Add overall comments or recommendations.
- Click Submit to finalise your feedback.
Step 3. Submit feedback from candidate profile
- Click the nine-dot menu and select the Hire module.
- Select Candidate Pool.
- Click the candidate’s name to open their profile.
- Scroll to the Interviews section.
- Click Add Feedback for the relevant interview.
- Fill in the scorecard and comments.
- Click Submit to save your feedback.

1. When can I submit feedback?

3. Can I change my feedback after submitting?
No. Once submitted, feedback is final. Please review carefully before submission.
4. Where do I find the scorecard?
It appears automatically when you click Add Feedback, if one was assigned during scheduling.
5.What if I didn’t receive the schedule email?
Check your spam folder or go to the candidate’s profile directly under the Hire module to submit feedback.
