Before you begin
- You must have admin access to the Plumm HR platform.
- Ensure you have the necessary bonus data ready for import.
- The Excel template must be edited as per the instructions before submission.
Step 1: Access the Import Feature
- Navigate to the Admin Settings section in Plumm HR.
- Go to the "Import" option under the settings menu.
- Click on the three dots next to “Import Staff.”
- Select the "Import" option.
Step 2: Download the Template
- Once in the import section, click on "Import Bonus."
- Click "Next" to proceed.
- Download the provided Excel template.
Step 3: Edit the Template
- Open the downloaded Excel template.
- Update the following fields with the necessary bonus details:
- Work Email
- Date
- Bonus Currency
- Bonus Amount
- Criteria
- Effective Date
- Bonus Paid Currency
- Bonus Paid Amount
- Reason
- Status
- Connect to Payroll
Step 4: Validate the Data
- After editing the template, click "Next" to validate the data.
- Check for any validation messages and make sure the data is correct.
Step 5: Submit the Import
- Once the data is validated, navigate back to the import tab.
- Click on the "Submit" button to import the bonus data into the system.
