Before you begin
- You must have admin access to the Plumm HR platform.
- Ensure you have the required compensation data ready for import.
- The Excel template must be filled out correctly before submission.
Step 1: Access the Import Feature
- Navigate to the Admin Settings section of Plumm HR.
- Under the settings menu, go to the "Import" option.
- Click on the three dots next to “Import Staff.”
- Select the "Import" option.
Step 2: Download the Template
- In the import section, click on "Import Compensation."
- Click "Next" to proceed.
- Download the provided Excel template.
Step 3: Edit the Template
- Open the downloaded Excel file.
- Update the following fields with the relevant compensation information:
- Work Email
- Effective Date
- Basic Salary
- Bonus
- Commission
- Variable Compensation
- ESOPs (Employee Stock Option Plans)
- Change Type
- Notes
- Update Contract
- Update Role History
Step 4: Validate the Data
- After editing the template, click "Next" to validate the data.
- Review any validation messages and ensure the data is accurate.
Step 5: Submit the Import
- Once the data is validated, navigate back to the import tab.
- Click the "Submit" button to import the compensation data into the system.
