1. Theme Customisation
We’re delighted to introduce Theme Customisation, allowing you to tailor the look and feel of the platform to your specific preferences. Once a theme colour is selected, the entire application will reflect that choice, ensuring a cohesive and personalised experience for you and your team.
2. New Dashboard
Our new Dashboard enables you to create a personalised workspace for yourself and your employees. With the ability to set up individual dashboards for yourself, managers, and the wider company, you can easily add or remove widgets and rearrange them using drag-and-drop functionality. You now have full control over how your dashboard appears and operates.
3. Interview Enhancements
We’ve introduced several improvements to streamline the interview process and enhance flexibility:
- Face-to-Face Interview Scheduling: You can now schedule in-person interviews with candidates. Simply enter the location, time, and other relevant details to arrange the meeting. This provides a seamless way to meet candidates face-to-face.
- Google Meet / Outlook Teams Integration: Interviews can now be conducted via Google Meet or Outlook Teams. Once integrated, these options will appear in the drop-down when scheduling an interview, offering a smoother remote interviewing experience.
- Plumm Interview Recording Control: You now have the ability to disable recording for Plumm interviews if you do not wish them to be recorded. Please note that turning off recording will also disable AI-based analysis of the candidate’s responses in the follow-up email.
4. Screening & Interview Scorecards
Creating and managing scorecards for interviews and screenings is now simpler than ever. You can design scorecards based on the key competencies required for the role, link them to interview or screening sessions, and have panel members complete them post-interview. Completed scorecards can be viewed directly from the candidate’s overview.
5. eSign Reminder
Stay on top of outstanding electronic signatures with our new eSign Reminder feature. When sending eSign requests to candidates or users, you can now set a reminder. If the signature is not completed by the specified date, the recipient will receive an automated reminder — helping ensure documents are signed on time.
6. 12-Month Rolling Policy (Time Off)
Admins can now configure a 12-month rolling leave policy, providing greater flexibility in leave accrual and request rules, aligned with organisational policies.
7. Customise "My People" Columns
Users can customise the columns displayed in the "My People" section, enhancing visibility and efficiency when managing team data.
8. Permissions Based on People Data
More granular access controls are now available based on selected people data fields. This improves data security and ensures visibility is consistent with your organisational structure.
9. Secondary Line Manager (Indirect Reportee)
You can now assign secondary line managers to employees, enhancing visibility and oversight in matrixed or dotted-line reporting environments.
10. Import Time Off – Updated Template
We’ve updated the Time Off import template to include more data fields and built-in validations, making it easier to manage leave data and reduce import errors.
11. Select Reviewer for Peer Review
Admins and Super Admins can now assign specific reviewers during the peer review cycle, offering greater oversight and alignment with feedback strategies.
12. Team Rota: Open Shifts Implementation
Open Shifts are now available within the Team Rota view. Employees can view and claim available shifts directly from the platform, helping to improve workforce agility and shift coverage.
13. Calendar Enhancements for Other Countries
We’ve expanded our support for regional calendars, including country-specific holidays and local views — allowing for more accurate scheduling and compliance with local regulations.
14. Survey: Scale Level Customisation
Surveys now support customisable response scales, including the option to remove neutral responses — offering greater precision in sentiment tracking and data analysis.
15. Survey Autosave
Survey responses are now automatically saved, reducing the risk of data loss and improving the user experience during longer or more detailed survey sessions.
16. Email Notification to Managers for Overlapping Leave
Managers will now receive automated notifications if an employee’s leave request overlaps with an existing absence on their team, supporting better planning and coordination.
17. Payroll Apprenticeship Allowance
We’ve enhanced the payroll module by adding the Apprenticeship Levy functionality. This feature automatically calculates and includes the Apprenticeship Levy in the payroll process, ensuring compliance and accuracy for apprentices.
18. Pro Rata Rule in Payroll
A new flexibility has been introduced in the payroll module, allowing you to choose the type of pro-rata rule for salary calculations. This enhancement ensures more precise salary calculations when dealing with part-time employees or changes in working hours.
19. Insight: Organisational Growth Trend Graph
We've added a visual trend graph that tracks organisational growth over time by displaying the number of employee Joiners and Leavers. This insight helps you monitor workforce changes and analyse growth patterns effectively.
