Manage My Expenses from Quick Actions
Summary
The My Expenses tab in the Quick Actions widget displays your most recent expense claims along with their approval status. You can view details and track approvals directly from your dashboard.

Before you begin
You must have access to the Expenses module to see this tab. The widget shows expenses that were recently submitted or approved.
Step 1. View recent expenses
- Click the My Expenses tab in the Quick Actions widget
- You’ll see a list of your recent expense claims including:
- Title and amount
- Submission date
- Approval status and approver name
Step 2. Access full expense list
- Click View All Expenses at the bottom of the tab
- You’ll be redirected to the Expenses module, where you can view all past claims, filter by status, or submit new ones

1. What does the My Expenses tab show?
It shows your latest approved or submitted expense claims, including the amount and who approved it.2 . Can I submit a new claim from here?
No. Use the View All Expenses link to go to the full Expenses module to create a new claim.3. Can I edit an expense from this tab?
No. You can only view status. For edits or re-submission, go to the full Expenses page.
