Manage My Invoices from Quick Actions

The My Invoices tab helps you quickly see your most recent invoice submissions, their amounts, and approval status, all directly from your dashboard.

Before you begin
You must have access to the Invoices module to view this tab. Only the most recent entries are shown.
Step 1. Review recent invoices
- Click on the My Invoices tab in the Quick Actions widget
- For each invoice, you’ll see:
- Invoice title and amount
- Submission and approval dates
- Approver’s name and status badge (e.g. Approved)
Step 2. Open the full invoice list
- Click View All Invoice
- This will take you to the Invoices module, where you can review older entries or submit new ones

1. Why do I only see a few invoices?
The widget displays your latest submitted or approved invoices for quick reference. Use View All Invoice for the full list.2 . Can I take action from this tab?
No actions are available here. To take action, go to the full Invoices module.3. What does the status badge mean?
It shows the approval state of the invoice (e.g. Approved, Pending).
