Manage Team Expenses from Quick Actions
Summary
The Team Expenses tab in the Team Dashboard’s Quick Actions widget lets Managers/Admins view and track recent expenses submitted by their reportees, including status and approvers.

Before you begin
You must have permission to access the Expenses module and manage expenses for your reportees.
Step 1. View reportee expenses
- Click on the Team Expenses tab
- You’ll see:
- Expense title and amount
- Employee who submitted the claim
- Approval date and approver
- Status badge (e.g. Approved)
Step 2. Open full expense list
- Click View All Expenses
- You’ll be redirected to the full Team Expenses module to review or filter all team expense claims

1. What does this tab show?
It shows the most recent expense claims submitted by your reportees, including their approval status.2 . Can I approve or reject claims from here?
Yes, you can approve it by clicking on the action button.3. Why don’t I see any expenses?
Your reportees may not have submitted any recent claims, or you may not have access.
