Manage Team Invoices from Quick Actions

Summary

 The Team Invoices tab displays recent invoices raised by your team, along with approval status and summary details.

Before you begin

 You must have access to the Invoices module and permission to manage team submissions.

Step 1. Review submitted invoices

  1. Click the Team Invoices tab
  2. Each entry will show:
    • Invoice title and amount
    • Employee name
    • Date submitted and status
    • Approver information

Step 2.  Navigate to full invoice list

    1. Click View All Invoice
    2. You’ll be taken to the Team Invoices module for complete review and further actions

    1. Can I take action on invoices here?

    Yes, you can click on the Action button to take actions.

    2 . Who can see this tab?

    Only Managers/Admins with invoice management access for their teams.


     

    3. What types of invoices are shown?

    Recently submitted or approved invoices from your direct or indirect reportees.
