Before you begin
- Managers can view the Offboarding Details for users who report to them, but they cannot add or edit the Offboarding Details unless they also hold Admin permissions.
- If the Manager is also an Admin, they can add Offboarding Details in a user’s profile.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid Manager account or a Manager account with Admin permissions.
- Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- Select Core from the menu.
- Under the People section, click on My People.
- Click on the user’s name to open their profile, which will take you to the Team/People Profile section.
- In the Offboarding Details section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
- Managers without Admin permissions will see the section in View mode only.
Step 2. Add Offboarding Details
- Managers with Admin permissions can click Add Offboarding Details to open the form.
- Fill in the requested information, including:
- Notice Received
- Notice Period
- Notice Period Type
- Notice Start Date
- Last Working Date
- Revoke Access Date
- Once all mandatory fields are completed, click Save to confirm the Offboarding Details.
Additional Steps for Offboarding Details:
- Select the Offboarding Reason and click Next.
- Exit Interview: Turn on the toggle if you’d like to schedule an exit interview and fill in the required details.
- Click Next to proceed to the Knowledge Transfer page. Choose between Bulk Reassignment or Assign Items Individually, then click Next.
- On the Devices/Assets page, enter relevant asset details, if any, and click Next.
- For Task Scheduling, click Next to review all entries on the Summary page.
- Finally, click Save to complete the Offboarding process.
