Edit Offboarding Details in a User's Profile

Before you begin

Managers can view the Offboarding Details of users who report to them, but they cannot edit them.
Only Admins with the correct permissions can edit Offboarding Details.
If a Manager also holds Admin permissions, they will be able to edit Offboarding Details because Admin access grants the required permissions.

Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile

  1. Log in to Plumm using a valid Admin account or a Manager account with Admin permissions.
  2. Click on the 9-dot menu at the top left corner of the dashboard.
  3. Select Core from the menu.
  4. Under the People section, click on My People.
  5. Click on the user’s name to open their profile, which will take you to the Team/People Profile section.
  6. In the Offboarding Details section, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
  7. Managers without Admin permissions will see the section in View mode only.

Step 2. Edit Offboarding Details

  1. Admins with the correct permissions can click Edit Offboarding to open the form.
  2. The following fields will already be filled in:
    • Notice Received
    • Notice Period
    • Notice Start Date
    • Last Working Date
    • Revoke Access Date
  3. Update the mandatory fields as required.
  4. Once all necessary fields are updated, click Save to confirm the changes in the Offboarding Details section.

Additional Options:

  • Admins can delete Offboarding Details by clicking the Delete button next to the entry.
