Before you begin
- Managers can only view the Offboarding Details of users who report to them but cannot edit them.
- Managers do not have the Edit Offboarding option available.
- Only Admins with the correct permissions can edit the Offboarding Details.
- If a Manager holds Admin permissions, they will be able to edit Offboarding Details because Admin access will grant the required permissions.
Step 1. Log in and navigate to User's Profile
- Log in to Plumm using a valid Manager or Admin account.
- Navigate to the User's Profile section.
- Managers can only view the Offboarding Details for users who report to them, but they do not have the ability to edit these details unless they also have Admin permissions.
Step 2. Edit Offboarding Details
- Managers who are not Admins do not have the option to edit the Offboarding Details. The Edit Offboarding option is only visible to Admins with the correct permissions.
- If a Manager holds Admin permissions, they can access the Edit Offboarding option by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner of the User Profile page.
- The Offboarding Details section will show the following fields:
- Notice Received
- Notice Period
- Notice Start Date
- Last Working Date
- Revoke Access Date
- Admins with the correct permissions can update the Offboarding Details by clicking Edit Offboarding and entering the required information.
- Admins can make the Offboarding Details editable and save the changes once all necessary fields have been updated.
