Before you begin
- Only users with sufficient permissions (typically Super Admin) can grant or remove admin privileges for other users.

Step 1. Identifying Admin Users
- In the My People section, users with Admin privileges will have the Admin tag displayed next to their username.
- The Admin tag signifies that the user has full access to all features available to admins within the system.
Step 2. Removing Admin Privileges
- To remove a user’s admin status, locate the user in the My People section.
- Next to their name, you will see a cross icon beside the Admin tag.
- Click on the cross icon.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking if you’re sure you want to remove the user's admin privileges.
- Click Yes, Proceed to confirm.
- The user will no longer be an admin and will revert to a regular user with standard permissions.
