Before you begin

  • Only users with sufficient permissions (typically Super Admin) can grant or remove admin privileges for other users.
  • The Admin tag indicates that the user has admin privileges and can access all admin features and settings.

Step 1. Identifying Admin Users

  1. In the My People section, users with Admin privileges will have the Admin tag displayed next to their username.
  2. The Admin tag signifies that the user has full access to all features available to admins within the system.

Step 2. Removing Admin Privileges

  1. To remove a user’s admin status, locate the user in the My People section.
  2. Next to their name, you will see a cross icon beside the Admin tag.
  3. Click on the cross icon.
  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking if you’re sure you want to remove the user's admin privileges.
  5. Click Yes, Proceed to confirm.
  6. The user will no longer be an admin and will revert to a regular user with standard permissions.
