Before you begin

  • You need an active Plumm account to access the task page.
  • This feature is only available to users who have permission to edit their assigned tasks.
  • If you do not see the "Mark Complete" button, it may be due to insufficient permissions. In this case, contact your system administrator for assistance.

Step 1. Using the Mark Complete button

  1. Navigate to your "My Tasks" page in Plumm.
  2. Locate the task that you want to mark as complete.
  3. If you have the necessary permissions, you will see the Mark Complete button (CTA) next to the task.
  4. Click the Mark Complete button to change the task status to Completed.
  5. Once clicked, the task will be updated as "Completed," and it will be considered a finished task moving forward.
  6. The task will now appear under the "Completed" status and will be removed from the list of incomplete tasks.

1. Who can see the Mark Complete button?
